I found this picture of the man who has been tied to 13 unsolved rapes from several states. Maryland, Virginia, Rhode Island and Conn. I take it from the sketch it may have been done several years ago. Now all we have to do is get an age progressed sketch.

13 Rapes Tied Together By DNA
Well from what I have read these rapes go back to 1997! They[the police] are just now telling us that they are linked. It makes me wonder if they decided to keep it hush hush or they just recently were able to tie them together. Either way, I think that they should have let the public no more way back then that there may be the possibility they may be linked. The police say they have an old composite sketch but were not releasing it because it’s of a younger man. Well in my book using age progression software would be the ticket and then they can create a poster of the younger and the older suspect would be what I would do. You know like they do with missing children. I am sure it can be done; it’s just getting someone to do it. The description that they had in the newspaper said he was a black man, in his 30’s-40s, and a medium build. Really, I hate to say this but while at the mall the other day, I saw at least 30 people with that same description.
Do they have his possible height, his weight; did he have a beard, any marks that can identify him? Did he say something or maybe the way he said it that might trigger a memory in someone who knows him? These are questions that do not seem to be asked or if they were, release them. If you want the public’s help, at least give them something to work with.
The other day a criminal profiler said that this person was a total psychopath, a pathological liar, and very narcissistic. She also said that because he had been at different locations could mean that he moves around a lot. She said, that it was a sign that maybe he is not very successful in life and can’t find a living situation that satisfies him. Also because he was in Cranston, RI and New Haven Ct, he may have relatives in that area. Well I looked at the time line that they put on the news and the news websites and copied it down. The one thing that comes to my mind is, after the last rape in Alexandria in 2001, he may have been arrested on some drug, child support, or other crime, that may have placed him in jail for 5 years. From what I found out, they only take DNA if a felony was committed. So if he was in custody, no DNA was taken. Now if you behave yourself, you might get out after you serve at least half your sentence. So he gets out of jail, travels to Cranston, RI, to stay with relatives, commits another crime, then lays low for about 2 months, and then hits New Haven, CT. Well on his return to Cranston, the police could have picked him up for probation violation, and sends him back to VA to finish out his sentence. I believe that he did not tell his probation officer he was leaving town. Between the New Haven, Ct. crime and the last crime in Dale City, on Halloween 2009, there was a down time of about 2 years and 9 months. So he may have gone back to jail. Besides the large down time of the 5 and 2 years, I noticed that the time between crimes was odd. Besides the ones I mentioned, the longest was 11 months, and the shortest was 2 ½ months.
Now, getting back to the profiler, I know that they know their job, but I think that maybe they should let the people know just what other information trigger a memory about his possible personality trait. I know that a pathological liar is a person who is someone who lies incessantly to get their way and does so with little concern for others. This type of lying usually develops when you’re very young. She said that he was narcissistic, well this person can react with rage, shame or humiliation if criticized. He might take advantage of other people to achieve his goals. He feels that he is the most important, and will exaggerate his talents and his achievements. He might be preoccupied with fantasies of beauty, power, successes or his idea love. He may require constant attention, and wants to be admired. He will disregard the feelings of others; he is selfish and pursues his own selfish goals. He lacks empathy.
